摘　　要： 从水利防洪的角度,尝试探讨滨江景观带涉河设计的主要原则,即防洪原则、自然原则、生态原则;从滨江景观带设计时阻水构筑物的设置、现有环境的利用、水环境保护、植被搭配、堤防相关事项等方面,浅析水利防洪应该注意的几个问题;并以西江沿岸某滩地滨江景观带建设为例对上述原则和要求做了阐释,以期对滨江景观带工程建设实践中的水利防洪问题提供参考和借鉴。 From the perspective of water conservancy and flood protection,this paper explores the main principles of riverside landscape belt involving river design,namely,flood prevention principles,natural principles,and ecological principles; In the aspects of the setting of water-blocking structures,the utilization of existing environment,the water environmental protection,the vegetation collocation and the related matters of dike during the design of riverside landscape belts,several problems that should be paid attention to in water conservancy and flood control are analyzed. Taking the construction of riverside landscape belt of a beach along the Xijiang River as an example to explain the above principles and requirements,expected to provide reference and reference for the problem of water conservancy and flood control in the project construction practice of riverside landscape belt.
