预充式导管冲洗器与无针密闭式输液接头在PICC封管中的应用

摘  要: 目的探讨预充式导管冲洗器与无针密闭式输液接头在PICC封管中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年1月行PICC维护的180例患者,分为两组各90例。对照组采用肝素盐水联合肝素帽进行封管,干预组采用预充式导管冲洗器联合无针密闭式输液接头进行封管。对比两组的导管相关感染率、堵管率、针刺伤率、操作时间、留置时间及堵管等级。结果与对照组比较,干预组的导管相关感染率、堵管率、针刺伤率均较低,操作时间较短,留置时间较长(P均<0.05)。两组的堵管等级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预充式导管冲洗器与无针密闭式输液接头应用于PICC封管中,能够有效降低堵管率、感染率及护理针刺伤率,缩短操作时间,改善患者的堵管程度,安全性较高,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of prefilled catheter flush and needleless closed infusion connector in PICC sealing. Methods 180 cases of patients with PICC maintenance in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, with 90 cases in each group. The control group was sealed with heparin saline and heparin cap, while the intervention group was sealed with prefilled catheter flush and needleless closed infusion connector. The catheter-related infection rate, plugging rate, needle injury rate, operation time, indwelling time and plugging levels were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the catheter-related infection rate, plugging rate and needle injury rate of the intervention group were lower, the operation time was shorter, and the indwelling time was longer(all P 〈0.05). Statistical difference was found in the plugging levels between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusions Prefilled catheter flush and needleless infusion connector in the application of PICC sealing can effectively reduce the plugging rate, infection rate and needle injury rate, shorten the operation time, and improve the plugging degree with higher safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
