摘　　要： 目的对复发性流产(RSA)患者进行焦虑、抑郁评估,探讨RSA与精神心理因素的关系,为临床心理干预治疗RSA提供有效的参考依据。方法选取2016年1月-2017年5月在广州市妇女儿童医疗中心就诊且确诊的130例RSA患者为观察组;选取同期正常健康育龄妇女130例为对照组,采用焦虑/抑郁自评量表(SAS/SDS),评估两组的焦虑、抑郁状态,分析RSA患者情绪状态和影响因素。结果观察组的SAS、SDS评分分别为(53.79±7.84)分、(49.23±8.02)分,较对照组的(30.56±6.15)分、(32.73±5.87)分明显增高(均P=0.000);观察组焦虑、抑郁的检出率分别为51.54%(67/130)、36.92%(48/130);中重度的检出率分别为14.62%(19/130)、11.54%(15/130),两者均高于对照组(均P=0.000);RSA患者年龄、文化程度、工作生活压力及人际关系紧张因素与焦虑、抑郁情绪相关(P<0.05)。结论 RSA患者焦虑、抑郁的检出率明显高于正常育龄期妇女,高龄、高学历、工作生活压力大的患者焦虑、抑郁程度重。 Objective To evaluate anxiety and depression status of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion（ RSA）,explore the relationship between RSA and psychological factors,provide an effective reference basis for clinical psychological intervention and treatment of RSA. Methods From January 2016 to May 2017,130 patients diagnosed as RSA definitely in Guangzhou Women and Children＇s Medical Center were selected as observation group,and 130 normal healthy women of childbearing age were selected as control group. SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression status. The emotional status and influencing factors of RSA patients were analyzed.Results The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were（ 53. 79±7. 84） and（ 49. 23 ±8. 02）,respectively,which were statistically significantly higher than those in control group [（ 30. 56±6. 15） and（ 32. 73±5. 87） ]（ P = 0. 000）. The detection rates of anxiety and depression in observation group were 51. 54%（ 67/130） and 36. 92%（ 48/130）,respectively. The detection rates of moderate and severe anxiety and depression in observation group were 14. 62%（ 19/130） and 11. 54%（ 15/130）,respectively,which were statistically significantly higher than those in control group（ P = 0. 000）. Age,educational level,stress in work and in life,and interpersonal strain were correlated with anxiety and depression（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The detection rates of anxiety and depression in RSA patients are significantly higher than those in normal healthy women of childbearing. Anxiety and depression are severer in women of advanced age,high educational level,many times of abortion,and high stress in work and in life.
