摘  要: 目的:制备喷昔洛韦微乳凝胶。方法:结合单因素考察法和星点设计-效应面法优选喷昔洛韦微乳处方,进一步制备喷昔洛韦微乳凝胶。结果:以聚氧乙烯蓖麻油:无水乙醇(1:2)的混合物为表面活性剂,油酸作为油相,以2.5%卡波姆溶液为凝胶基质,制备喷昔洛韦微乳凝胶。结论:喷昔洛韦微乳凝胶的制备工艺可行,为进一步研究开发奠定了基础。 Objective: To prepare penciclovir microemulsion gel. Methods: The penciclovir microemulsion gel was prepared by the optimized formula of single factor method and star point design-response surface method. Results: Penciclovir microemulsion was prepared by using polyoxyethylene castor oil: ethanol mixture(1:2) as surfactant, oleic acid as oil phase and 2.5% carbomer solution as gel matrix. Conclusion: The preparation of penciclovir microemulsion gel is feasible and lays a foundation for further research and development.
