摘　　要： 目的探讨VSD治疗压疮创面的临床效果。方法选择48例慢性压疮患者随机分成两组,其中对照组24例,予传统的清创、抗感染、改善微循环、银离子敷料换药治疗,创面未愈者行植皮或皮瓣修复术;研究组24例,早期清创手术后应用VSD治疗创面,待其肉芽生长满意后行植皮术。结果对照组平均住院时间(58.6±16.7)d,研究组平均住院时间(43.8±10.7)d,创面治愈后外观满意,疤痕增生轻或不明显。与对照组相比,观察组住院时间明显缩短,愈合质量也好,且差异具有统计意义(t=1.95,P=0.016)。结论 VSD可以有效的促进慢性压疮创面愈合,缩短住院时间,改善愈合质量。 Objective To analysis of repairing chronic pressaxe sores wounds with VSD. Methods 48 pressare sores wounds patients were ran- domly divided into control and test groups. 24 patients were included in control group which were treated by anti-infection, microcirculation improvement and the wounds were covered by gauze soaked with Ag cream with regular dressing change. And 24 patients were enrolled in test group which were treated by anti-infection, microcirculation improvement and early vacuum sealing drainage （VSD）. Some bigger wounds were treated by skin grafting on base of satisfied granulation tissue growth. Results The patients in control group stayed in hospital for （58.6~16.7） d averagely. The pa- tients in test group stayed in hospital for （43.8±10.7） d averagely. The wounds in test group patients were covered with little scar formation（t=1.95,P= 0.016）. Conclusion Repairing chronic wounds with VSD is a new- and effective treating way, this way could accelerate the healing speed of chronic wounds. Wound repair with artificial dermis could shorten hospitalization days and decrease operation times and decrease operative risk. This method can be recommended.
