摘　　要： 分裂刺是直链藻属部分种类形态分类学研究中的重要分类特征之一。某些直链藻属种类因端细胞边缘具长刺，而较易与其他直链藻区分。中国目前有关直链藻形态分类学方面的研究报道不多。文章基于扫描电镜（SEM）技术，对采自珠江下游的两种具长刺直链藻：颗粒直链藻（Aulacoseira granulata）与赫组基直链藻（Aulacoseira herzogii），进行了形态分类学观察。根据扫描电镜照片，本文对两个直链藻的形态分类学特征及生活习性进行了描述，并基于现有的文献记载，分析比较了与形态相近种的异同。 Separation spine is one of the key taxonomic characteristics for some species of Aulacoseira when referring to morphological taxonomy studies. Some speeies of this genus can be easily distinguished from other species based on their long separation spines situated at the edge of separation valve. Previous studies on taxonomy characteristics of Aulacoseira species with long spines are very. scarce in China. Two species possessing long spines, Aulacoseira granulata and Aulacoseira herzogii, were studied by scanning electron microscopy. Both were found in the natural water samples from the lower reaches of the Pearl River, China. The detailed morphological description and habits of these two species were given with SEM photos in this paper. Furthermore, taxonomic comparison among resembling species were made base on available literature.
