摘　　要： 2015年以来,复杂严峻的国内外环境引发了人们对商贸服务业发展前景的普遍担忧,商贸业增速较前几年整体放缓,传统制造业生产劳动力成本逐步提升、外贸形势严峻复杂,下行压力增大,国际市场需求持续低迷,我国的传统的优势弱化,新的竞争优势尚未形成,综合成本要素上升,产业和订单外移、人民币汇率波动等问题应该引起我国政界、学界和企业界的足够警醒。本文围绕"一带一路"战略背景下高职国际商贸类人才培育体系构建,对高职商贸服务业特色人才培养发展过程中面临的这一现实产业困境及其破解出路给予分析,基于广东传统商贸业面临的"难题",以及高职商贸服务业人才培养这样一种独特的"特色",针对国际商贸特色人才培养具体路径进行理论与实证研究,也具有十分重要的现实意义。 Since 2015, the complicated and severe environment at home and abroad caused widespread concerns about the prospects for the development of people of business services, business growth than in previous years the overall slowdown in traditional manufacturing labor costs increased gradually, the foreign trade situation is severe and complicated, downward pressure increases, the demand in the international market downturn, the weakening of China's traditional advantage the new competitive advantage, has not yet formed, rising factor costs, enough to remind industry and orders the shift, the RMB exchange rate fluctuations and other issues should arouse our political and academic circles and enterprises. This paper focuses on the background of 'The Belt and Road' strategy of higher vocational talents cultivation system of international trade, business services of higher vocational talents training is the reality of industry dilemma and Outlet Faced crack development in the process of analysis, based on the traditional Guangdong commerce industry faces the 'problem', and business services in Higher Vocati onal Talents Training in such a the unique 'characteristics', according to the theoretical and empirical research on the specific path of cultivating international trade talents, but also has very important practical significance.
