摘　　要： 随着市场经济体制的进一步发展,构建起符合现代化发展的现代医院管理制度成为医院改革的重要内容。现代医院管理制度下医院的建设和管理活动都进入新局面中。因此该文展开对现代医院管理制度下医院学科建设的相关分析的研究,旨在能够为现代医院的经营管理发展提供强有力的支持和帮助。该文主要从现代医院管理制度的建设情况入手,探索基于现代医院管理制度下的学科建设的方向,最后提出基于现代医院管理制度的医院学科建设所应具备的特点和内涵。 With the further development of the market economy system, building a modern hospital management system in line with modern development has become an important part of hospital reform. Under the modern hospital management system, hospital construction and management activities have entered a new situation. Therefore, the following analysis and research on the subject construction of hospitals under the modern hospital management system is launched to provide strong support and help for the development of modern hospital management. Therefore, this article mainly starts from the construction of modern hospital management system, explores the direction of discipline construction based on modern hospital management system, and finally proposes the characteristics and connotation of hospital discipline construction based on modern hospital management system.
