高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及其性能研究

摘  要: 采用烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)、不饱和羧酸、保坍功能单体三元共聚体系,在氧化还原引发体系下合成了一种高保坍型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)。探讨了不饱和羧酸、保坍功能单体、链转移剂、反应温度等因素对合成高保坍型PCE性能的影响;通过红外光谱分析了合成高保坍型PCE的分子结构;考察了高保坍型PCE在5 t反应釜工业化试生产的性能稳定性;对比了与其他厂家保坍型PCE的混凝土性能。结果表明,自制HSP-45B高保坍型PCE最佳合成工艺为:n(COO-)∶n(HPEG)为2.3,n(BM1)∶n(HPEG)为3,链转移剂用量为2mol%,反应温度为30℃;HSP-45B高保坍型PCE在5 t反应釜工业化试生产的性能稳定,具有优异的水泥砂浆流动度保持性能;与市场上同类典型保坍型减水剂相比,HSP-45B高保坍型PCE坍落度和扩展度保持性能优于HS-10A减水剂,与BF-41B减水剂相近。 A high slump-retention polycarboxylate water reducer(PCE)was synthesized by the ternary copolymerization of methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG),unsaturated carboxylic acid and slump-retention functional monomer under redox initiation system.The effects of the types of unsaturated carboxylic acid,slump-retention functional monomer,reaction temperaturer and chain transfer agent on the properties of synthesis high slump-retention PCE were discussed.The functional groups in the molecular structure of synthesized high slump-retention PCE were characterized by infrared spectroscopy.The stability of high slump-retention PCE in industrial trial production of 5 t reactor was investigated.The concrete properties of slump-retention PCE were compared with other factories.The results show that the optimum synthesis process of HSP-45B high slump-retention PCE are as follow:n(COO-)∶n(HPEG)is 2.3,n(BM1)∶n(HPEG)is 3,the amount of chain transfer agent is 2mol%and the reaction temperature is 30℃.HSP-45B high slump-retention PCE has stable performance and excellent fluidity retention of cement mortar in industrial trial production of 5 t reactor.Compare with other slump-retention water reducers,HSP-45B high slump-retaining PCE has better slump and expansion retention performance than HS-10A water reducer,which is similar to BF-41B water reducer.
