摘　　要： 本研究借鉴批判话语分析方法,探讨互文性如何影响新闻报道对于事件及其社会行为者的话语表征。研究比较《卫报》和《中国日报(英文版)》如何运用话语表征策略来构建英国欣克利角C核电项目这一特定事件的形象并使其话语符合某国或某个群体的利益。研究重点探讨引用模式,旨在了解新闻文本如何从某些社会群体中借鉴和组织不同话语,并通过表征社会行为者和活动本身来传播符合其立场的话语。 This study draws on a critical discourse approach to examine the effects of intertextuality on the discursive representations of the event and its social actors in news reports.It compares how two national newspapers The Guardian and China Daily employ the discursive strategy of discourse representation to construct the image of one particular event,i.e.the Hinkley Point C nuclear project in England,in line with the interests of a country or certain group.Focusing on quotation patterns,the research intends to find out how news texts draw on and weave together various discourses from certain social groups,and,by representing social actors and the event itself,disseminate their own discourses that comply with their respective positions.
