摘　　要： 广东由于地域和文化特色,人群易致脾胃亏虚的体质,李艳教授认为脾胃与神志活动密切相关,临床治疗神志病,在脾胃亏虚的基础上针对气血不足、痰湿、阴火、阳虚、胃阴虚进行辨治,结合风药和情志治疗,可以有效指导临床。列举典型案例,以反映李艳教授治疗神志病的学术思想。 Due to geographical and cultural characteristics of Guangdong,people are easy to suffere deficiency of spleen and stomach.Professor LI Yan believes that spleen and stomach are closely related to mental activities.On the basis of deficiency of spleen and stomach,the clinical treatment of deficiency of Qi and blood,phlegmatic hygrosis,Yin fire,deficiency of Yang and stomach-Yin deficiency was conducted.From the point of view of spleen and stomach,it can effectively guide clinical practice with wind medicine and emotional treatment.Typical cases are listed to reflect professor LI Yan′s academic thoughts on the treatment of mind disease.
