摘　　要： 目的总结分析护理干预在磁共振检查中应用效果。方法选择2018年3月-2019年3月期间在本院影像科接受磁共振检查的120例患者为研究对象,其病例资料完整,其中接受常规护理的60例患者纳入对照组,接受护理干预的另外60例患者纳入观察组,观察比较两组磁共振检查一次性成功率、检查用时、不良反应率、护理满意度等指标。结果观察组磁共振检查一次性成功率95.00%显著高于对照组的83.33%,护理满意度评分(91.1±1.5)分明显高于对照组满意度评分(85.6±3.9)分,检查时间(15.2±1.6)min明显短于对照组(18.8±3.1)min,不良反应率8.33%明显低于对照组21.67%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在磁共振检查中应用效果极好。 Objective To summarize and analyze the application effect of nursing intervention in magnetic resonance examination.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent magnetic resonance imaging in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were enrolled.The patient data were complete.Among them,60 patients who received routine nursing were included in the control group and received nursing intervention.The other 60 patients were included in the observation group.The two groups were compared with the one-time success rate,examination time,adverse reaction rate,and nursing satisfaction.Results The one-time success rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(83.33%).The nursing satisfaction score(91.1±1.5)points was significantly higher than the control group satisfaction score(85.6±3.9)points.The examination time was(15.2±1.6)min was significantly shorter than the control group(18.8±3.1)min,and the adverse reaction rate was 8.33%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(21.67%).The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in magnetic resonance examination is very good.
