摘　　要： 目的探究在下肢静脉性溃疡中应用湿性愈合联合压力疗法的临床应用效果。方法选取80例下肢静脉性溃疡患者,选取时间为2018年2月-2019年3月,按照奇偶数字分组法对患者进行分组,将抽到奇数的患者纳入到对照组中,将抽到偶数的患者纳入到观察组中,每组中的患者数量各为40例。对两组患者的疼痛评分、换药次数、平均愈合时间、住院天数、手术患者总费用指标及治疗有效率进行对比观察。结果观察组患者的疼痛评分、换药次数、平均愈合时间、住院天数、手术患者总费用指标均优于对照组,差异明显(P <0.05);观察组治疗有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,治疗有效率比较观察组较对照组高,差异明显(P <0.05)。结论在下肢静脉性溃疡疾病治疗中应用湿性愈合联合压力疗法,优化了患者的临床指标,疾病临床治疗效果更为显著。 Objective To explore the effect and nursing method of wet healing combined with pressure therapy in venous ulcer of lower extremity.Methods 80 patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity were selected from February 2018 to March 2019.The patients were divided into two groups according to the odd and even number grouping method,and the patients who had drawn odd numbers were included in the control group.The patients with even number were included in the observation group,and the number of patients in each group was 40 cases.Results all the indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of the venipuncture of the lower limbs,the combined pressure therapy of wet union was applied,and the clinical index of the patient was optimized and the clinical treatment effect of the disease was more significant.
