摘 要: 针对柬埔寨木薯机械化收获问题,选用三台自行研发的木薯收获机在柬埔寨桔井省开展机械化收获作业对比试验,通过检测分析明薯率、断薯率、损失率、作业效率等指标可知,4UML-130型振动链式木薯收获机在收获作业过程中实现了前后振动式挖掘与上下波浪式振动筛分作用,使得木薯块根与土壤分离更加充分,筛分过程中实现了木薯块根的提升,降低了收获过程的挖掘阻力,实现了将木薯块根的挖掘和薯土分离一次完成的作业效果,从而提高了明薯率、降低了损失率。该机型在本次试验中作业质量最优,通过试验,初步探讨了适宜柬埔寨桔井省木薯种植区应用的木薯机械化收获技术。 According to the problems of cassava mechanical harvesting in Cambodia,Three self-developed cassava harvesters are selected and comparison tests of various operating conditions is conducted in Cambodia’s Kratie Province.Through testing a few quality indexes such as cassava exposing rate,tuber-cutting rate,loss ratio,operation efficiency,Comprehensive analysis of evaluation index for operation quality of three types.4UML-130 vibration chain cassava harvester has the best operation quality in this test is made clear,when it is used for cassava excavation and harvesting,vibration conveyer chain and vibration excavation wheel will work,that can reduce excavating resistance and soil detachment the difficulty.Cassava Tubers can be transporting,that realize the better harvesting effect.it has high cassava exposing rate and low loss ratio in the harvesting process.Cassava mechanical harvesting technology suitable for planting area in Cambodia’s Kratie Province are discussed by experiment.
