摘　　要： 在过去的20年,腹腔镜一直是良性和恶性结直肠疾病治疗的首选方式。现今为了更加优化腹腔镜结直肠手术后的效果,出现了经自然腔道取标本手术,旨在减少腹腔镜结直肠手术中的通路创伤,标本通过自然腔道输送,并于体内吻合。目前,标本经肛门或经阴道提取是最为广泛应用的。经自然腔道取标本手术的优势是疼痛少,镇痛要求低,恢复快,住院时间短,美容效果好,切口疝率低。本文结合近几年国内外文献的相关研究与报道,将经自然腔道取标本手术在结直肠疾病手术中的应用现状与该手术的安全性及效益做一综述。 Over the past 20 years,laparoscopic colorectal surgery has shown the same efficacy in both benign and malignant colorectal diseases as open surgery,but laparoscopic surgery has reduced postoperative complications and shortened hospital stay.A new minimally invasive technique of natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)was invented in order to achieve a more minimally invasive,simple and effective surgery method in colorectal diseases.NOSES is designed to reduce the trauma of the passage in laparoscopic colorectal surgery,excisional specimens are delivered through the natural orifice and removed through the cavity in vivo such as anus and vagina.At present,the most widely used passage is via anus or vagina when specimens are taken.NOSES has fewer postoperative complications and pain,it also has faster recovery,shorter hospital stay and better cosmetic results.In this article,combined with related researches in recent years,the current application of NOSES in colorectal surgery and its safety were summarized.
