新生儿鸟巢式护理模式运用效果的观察

摘  要: 目的观察并分析鸟巢式护理模式在新生儿中的运用效果。方法选择2013年4月-2015年7月中山市人民医院收治的100例新生儿为研究对象,随机分为常规组和观察组各50例,常规组采取常规新生儿住院护理,观察组在此基础上实施鸟巢式护理模式。观察并记录两组身高、体质量、头围生长速度、新生儿体温波动、血氧饱和度和睡眠时间。结果观察组身高、体质量和头围生长速度明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组体温波动、血氧饱和度和睡眠时间明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿实施鸟巢式护理模式有助于新生儿快速生长,减小新生儿体温波动幅度,并有效提高新生儿血氧饱和度,延长其睡眠时间,促使新生儿营养物质吸收,帮助新生儿生长发育。 Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of bird’s nest type nursing for newborn.Methods 100 cases of neonates admitted to Zhongshan People’s Hospital from April 2013 to July 2015 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into routine group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.The routine group was adopted the routine neonatal hospitalization care,the observation group was carried out the bird’s nest type nursing on the basis of routine neonatal hospitalization care.The height,body mass,head circumference growth rate,neonatal temperature fluctuations, oxygen saturation and sleep time of the two groups were observed and recorded.Results The neonatal height,body mass and head circumference growth rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the temperature fluctuations,oxygen saturation and sleep time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The bird’s nest type nursing for newborn can help them rapidly grow,reduce neonatal body temperature fluctuation,effectively improve neonatal oxygen saturation,extend their sleep time,promote the absorption of neonatal nutrients and help neonatal growth and development.
