Chicana writer Anzaldúwa constructs an illness body space narrative in her proses, essays, poems and autobiographies. Originated from "new mestiza" hybridity consciousness, she manifests a kind of aesthetic expression and female literary experience in a hybridized cultural context through illness body space narrative. Anzaldúwa employs illness-the fluid material as a vehicle to present the fluidity of Chicana group’s cultural identity, ethnic identity and class identity, revealing a new post-modern identity political appeal for borderland culture, hybridity consciousness, and identity fluidity, which is derived from illness body experience of Chicana groups and expanding feminist identity politics.
