摘　　要： 针对果蔬价格波动剧烈的问题,基于冷链物流发展水平的视角,以构建稳定价格机制为目标,构造了冷链物流综合发展指数。并结合2001-2017年统计数据,探究其与果蔬生产、零售价格指数间的关系。研究表明,现阶段冷链物流发展越快,水果价格波动幅度越小,蔬菜价格波动幅度则越大。基于此,研究提出培养冷链物流人才及升级蔬菜加工行业,从而更好地发挥冷链物流对果蔬价格的调节作用。 In view of the fierce price fluctuation of fruit and vegetables nowadays, and from the perspective of the development level of the cold chain logistics industry, we set up the cold chain logistics comprehensive index for the purpose to construct a stable price mechanism of the fruit and vegetable products. Then in combination with the statistical data of the period 2001- 2017, we explored the relationship between the indexes of the production and retail price of fruit and vegetables, finding that for the current stage, faster development of the cold chain logistics industry would alleviate the fluctuation of the price of fruit but exaggerate the price of vegetables. Based on this, we pointed out that we should strengthen cold chain logistics talent cultivation and further the upgrading of the vegetable processing industry, so as to better wield cold chain logistics as a tool in regulating the price of fruit and vegetables.
