摘 要: 广东社会工作的发展一直走在全国前列,这与其在政府购买社工服务背景下率先建立起的社工薪酬体系有着直接关系。但由于该薪酬体系长期没有进行较大幅度的调整,社工待遇偏低、流失率居高不下等问题凸显。目前国内对社工薪酬体系方面的研究还比较匮乏,且缺少具体层面的操作建议。因此,建议加强政府与社工机构的协作,参照行业薪酬信息,制定合理的薪酬计算方式,形成常态化的薪酬调整机制,以探索符合本土的社工薪酬体系。 The development of social work in Guangdong has always been at the forefront of the country. This is directly related to the establishment of a social work salary system in the context of the government’s purchase of social work services. However, due to the long-term absence of salary system adjustment, the problems of low social worker treatment and high turnover rate are also highlighted. At present, domestic research on the social work salary system is still scarce, and there is no specific operational advice. It is necessary to strengthen the collaboration between the government and social work organizations, formulate a reasonable salary calculation method with reference to salary information in the industry, and form a normal salary adjustment mechanism to explore a social worker salary system in line with local conditions.
