4045/3003/4045三层复合铝合金板斜刃横剪断面形貌及加工硬化分析

摘  要: 针对0. 5 mm厚的4045/3003/4045三层复合铝合金板斜刃横剪加工过程,分析了剪切间隙(刃口侧隙)对复合铝合金板断面形貌特征及加工硬化的影响。结果表明,三层复合铝合金板的断面形貌有不同特征,剪切断面在上、中、下材料层均有塌角形成,剪切带则由上、中层材料组成,断裂带由中、下层材料组成。随着剪切间隙的增大,剪切断面平整度变差,上、中层塌角逐渐增大,下层塌角逐渐减小,剪切带逐渐减小,断裂带逐渐增大。材料强度较低的中间层板材的加工硬化程度要大于表层材料的加工硬化程度,且下层材料的加工硬化程度大于同材料上层的加工硬化程度,截面最大硬度值发生在中间层板材剪切带与断裂带的交界处。随着相对间隙的增加,复合板材各层的加工硬化程度均逐渐减小,这与复合板材断面形貌特征相一致。 The effect of shear clearance(side clearance)on the fracture surface morphology and work hardening of the composite aluminum plate was analyzed in view of the oblique cutting process of 0.5 mm thick 4045/3003/4045 three-layer composite aluminum plate.The results show that the three-layer composite aluminum sheet has different characteristics of the fracture surface.The rollover is formed on the upper,middle and lower material layers.The shear zone is composed of upper and middle materials.The fracture zone is composed of middle and lower materials.As the shear clearance increases,the flatness of the shear section deteriorates,the upper and middle collapse angles gradually increase,the lower collapse angle gradually decreases,the shear zone gradually decreases,the fracture zone gradually increases.The work hardening degree of the intermediate layer plate with lower material strength is greater than that of the surface layer material,and the work hardening degree of the lower layer material is greater than that of the upper layer of the same material,and the maximum hardness of the cross section occurs at the interface between the shear zone and the fracture zone in the intermediate layer sheet.With the increase of relative clearance,the work hardening degree of each layer of the composite sheet is gradually reduced,which is consistent with the profile of the composite sheet.
