摘　　要： 文章首先从嵌入方向和嵌入深度两个维度构建中国嵌入亚太价值链的模式升级分析框架,然后利用WTO/OECD-TIVA数据库和WIOD数据库提供的基础数据,测算中国各行业的亚太价值链嵌入模式位置指数,并对亚太价值链模式升级的影响因素展开实证检验。结果发现:(1)无论从嵌入方向还是嵌入深度视角来看,中国的亚太价值链嵌入模式位置指数均相对较低(均小于1),但从变动趋势来看,其呈现出波动式增长的态势;(2)从影响因素看,工人技能结构优化、人均资本水平提升、产出规模扩大和国际金融危机冲击均有助于亚太价值链嵌入模式的优化升级。此外,劳动生产率增长和加入WTO仅有助于后向嵌入模式向前向嵌入模式的优化升级,国内中间品投入增加有助于浅度嵌入模式向深度嵌入模式的优化升级,而不利于后向嵌入模式向前向嵌入模式的优化升级。需说明的是,以上结论具有行业和经济体异质性。 This paper first constructs the framework of China's embedded Asia-pacific value chain from the two dimensions of embedding direction and embedding depth,then based on the basic data provided by WTO/OECD-TIVA database and WIOD database,this paper calculates the upgrading index of the Asia-pacific value chain embedded model in China's various industries from two perspectives of embedded direction and embedded depth.We make an empirical research on influencing factors of Asia-pacific value chain model upgrading.The study finds that:(1)Whether from the embedded direction or embedded depth perspective,the upgrading index of China's Asia-Pacific value chain embedded model are relatively low(less than 1).(2)From the influencing factors,the workers skills structure optimization,improvement of per-capita capital,expansion of output scale and the international financial crisis,all contribute to the value chain optimization of embedded mode.In addition,labor productivity growth and accessing to the WTO contributes to the optimization and upgrading of backward embedded mode and forward embedded mode.Domestic intermediate inputs increasing can conduce to the optimization of shallow embedded mode and deep embedded mode.However,it goes against the upgrading of forward embedded mode and backward embedded mode.It should be noted that the above conclusion has the heterogeneity of industry and economy.
