摘　　要： 目的探究沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合运动康复对慢性心衰患者心功能及B型氨基端利钠肽原(NTproBAN)影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年6月广州中医药大学第三附属医院收治的92例慢性心力衰竭患者,按随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,各46例。对照组给予运动康复治疗,试验组在此基础上予沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,周期2个月。比较2组临床效果、不良反应及LVEF(左心室射血分数)、LVEDD(左心室舒张末期内径)、NT-proBNP(B型氨基端利钠肽原)、6MWD(6 min步行最大距离)水平。结果治疗后试验组临床治疗总有效率95.65%高于对照组82.61%(P<0.05)。治疗后2组LVEDD和NT-proBNP水平降低,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组LVEF、6MWD值水平上升,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组不良反应发生率6.51%明显低于对照组21.74%(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合运动康复可明显改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及运动功能,同时具有较高安全性。 Objective To explore the effect of combined exercise rehabilitation of sakubatravsartan on heart function and NT proban in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 92 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the hospital from September 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 46 cases in each group.The 2 groups were given exercise rehabilitation treatment.On this basis,the experimental group was given Sakubatrevalsartan.Cycle 2 months.The clinical effects,adverse reactions and LVEF,LVEDD,NT-proBNP,6MWD were compared between the two groups Results After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 95.65%higher than that in the control group 82.61%(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD and NT-proBNP water in the 2 groups decreased on average,and the level of LVEF and 6MWD in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the level of LVEF and 6MWD in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group after treatment was 6.51%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,21.74%(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of exercise rehabilitation with sakubatravsartan can significantly improve the cardiac function and exercise function of patients with chronic heart failure,and has high safety.
