摘　　要： 目的分析并探讨PDCA(Plan-do-check-act)循环应用于控制医院感染管理质量中的效果,从而为临床感染控制提供依据。方法 2015年7月-12月将PDCA应用于医院感染管理中,选取医院感染管理科成员以及医院各科室医护人员70名参与,比较PDCA循环管理方案应用前后6个月医院感染质量。结果 2015年1-6月,调查医院患者2 412例,发生感染38例,感染率为1.55%,实施PDCA循环管理后,调查2016年1-6月份医院患者2 585例,发生感染14例,感染率为0.54%,实施后医院感染率明显降低(P<0.05);PDCA实施前手卫生合格率为77.08%,考核成绩合格率为81.48%,实施后手卫生合格率为93.41%,考核成绩合格率为96.43%,PDCA实施后手卫生合格率和考核成绩合格率明显提高(P<0.05);采血台、彩超机以及诊断仪在实施PDCA后物体表面菌落数明显降低,且杀菌率明显升高(P<0.05);PDCA实施前空气培养合格率为93.65%,实施后空气培养合格率为99.21%,PDCA实施后空气培养合格率明显高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环可以有效的提高管理质量,降低医院感染发生率,提高医院消毒质量,临床上值得推广。 OBJECTIVE To analyze and explore the effect of PDCA（Plan-do-check-act）cycle on control of the hospital infection management quality,so as to provide the basis for clinical infection control.METHODS PDCA was used in hospital infection management from Jul.to Dec.2015.A total of 70 cases of Infection Control Branch and a member of the hospital medical staff involved in hospital departments were selected.The hospital infection management quality before and after 6 months of application of PDCA cycle management program were compared.RESULTS From Jan.to Jun.2015,38 cases of infection occurred in 2412 cases of patients,with the infection rate of 1.55%.From Jan.to Jun.2016,after the implementation of PDCA cycle management,14 cases of infection occurred in 2585 cases of patients,with the infection rate of 0.54%,and the hospital infection rate was significantly decreased after the implementation（P〈0.05）.PDCA The hand hygiene qualified rate and examination result qualified rate were 77.08% and 81.48% before the implementation of PDCA cycle management,and were93.41% and 96.43% after the implementation of PDCA cycle management,which were significantly increased（P〈0.05）.The numbers of colonies were significantly decreased and the sterilization rates were significantly increased of blood collection units,color Doppler ultrasound machine and diagnostic instruments after the implementation of PDCA.The qualified rate of air culture rate 99.21% after the implementation of PDCA,which was significantly higher than 93.65% before the implementation of PDCA（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONPDCA cycle can effectively improve the quality of management,reduce hospital infection rates and improve the quality of hospital disinfection,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
