本科男护生专业情感体验的质性研究
A qualitative study on professional emotional experience of male undergraduate nursing students

摘  要: [目的]了解本科男护生在校就读期间专业情感的真实体验,为制定有效的教育干预措施提供理论依据。[方法]采用质性研究中的Van Manen诠释现象学研究法,深入访谈贵州省2所医学院校的16名本科男护生。[结果]男护生的专业情感体验包括积极和消极方面,存在明显的矛盾冲突,共提炼了6个主题。积极方面分别是护理专业就业前景好、男性从事护理工作有优势、护理工作有价值有意义。消极方面为护理工作待遇低和职业发展受限、社会对男护士存在偏见和歧视、护理工作可能会影响将来婚姻生活。其中,高年级男护生专业情感较低年级积极,成绩好的较成绩差的积极。[结论]高校和社会应给予男护生高水平的社会支持,培养男护生在校期间的积极体验,帮助男护生形成积极的思维模式,强化积极情感,弱化消极情感。 Objective:To understand the real experience of professional emotions of male undergraduate nursing students during their studies,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of effective educational interventions.Methods:A total of 16 male undergraduate nursing students were interviewed from two medical colleges in Guizhou Province by using Van Manen’s Interpretation Phenomenological Research Method in qualitative research.Results:A total of six themes were refined,with both positive and negative aspects included in the professional emotional experience of male nursing students,and there were obvious contradictions and conflicts.The positive aspects included good employment prospect,the male nurses’ advantage in nursing work,and the nursing work is valuable and meaningful.Negative aspects included low wages and limited professional development of nursing work,prejudice and discrimination against male nurses in the society,and nursing work may affect future marriage life.Among them,senior male nursing students had more positive professional emotions than the lower grades,and students with good performance were more positive than that with poor performance.Conclusions:Colleges and society should give a high level of social support to male nursing students,cultivate positive experiences of male nursing students during their school days,and help male nursing students form positive thinking patterns,strengthen positive emotions and weaken negative emotions.
