摘　　要： 目的:考察超重、肥胖青少年网络成瘾与抑郁的关系,并探讨负性生活事件和应对方式在其关系间的中介作用。方法:选取233名超重、肥胖青少年(年龄12~16岁)为研究对象,采用网络成瘾量表(IAS)青少年生活事件自评量表(ASLEC)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)分别测量网络成瘾、负性生活事件、应对方式和抑郁情绪。结果:网络成瘾得分与消极应对方式、ASLEC、SDS得分均呈正相关(r=0.15~0.48,P<0.01)。Bootstrap中介效应检验表明,ASLEC得分在网络成瘾与抑郁得分之间的中介效应值为0.07,占总效应的26.92%;消极应对方式得分在网络成瘾与抑郁得分之间的中介效应值为0.09,占总效应的34.62%;消极应对方式、SLSS得分在网络成瘾与抑郁得分之间的链式中介效应值为0.04,占总效应的15.38%。结论:网络成瘾、负性生活事件、消极应对方式是超重、肥胖青少年抑郁的重要影响因素,网络成瘾除了能直接影响超重、肥胖青少年的抑郁情绪,还可以通过负性生活事件、消极应对方式的链式中介作用间接影响其抑郁情绪。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between internet addiction and depression,and explore the mediating role of negative life events and coping styles in adolescents with overweight and obesity.Methods:Totally 233 adolescents with overweight and obesity(aged 12-16 years)were selected.They were assessed with the Internet Addiction Scale(IAS),the Adolescent Self-rating Life Events Checklist(ASLEC),Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)to measure the internet addiction,negative life events,coping styles and depression.Results:The internet addiction scores were positively correlated with the scores of negative coping style,ASLEC and SDS(r=0.15~0.48,P<0.01).Multiple mediation analysis showed that the scores of ASLEC,negative coping style played a mediating role between internet addiction and SDS,the mediating effect size were 0.07 and 0.09,and the mediating effect accounted for 26.92%and 34.62%of the total effect.The chain mediation effects size of ASLEC and negative coping style was 0.04,and its chain mediating effect accounted for 15.38%of the total effect.Conclusion:It suggests that among adolescents with overweight and obesity,internet addiction could affect depression through the mediating effect of negative life events and negative coping style,and the chain mediating effect of them.
