摘　　要： 目的探讨盐酸伊伐布雷定片+稳心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年10月慢性心力衰竭患者146例,依照治疗方式不同分组,对照组73例采取盐酸伊伐布雷定片治疗,研究组73例于对照组基础上采取稳心颗粒治疗,分析比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)。结果研究组总有效率89.04%,较对照组高(73.97%)(P<0.05);治疗前两组LVEF、SV差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗1个月后LVEF、SV较对照组高(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率9.59%与对照组6.85%差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者采取盐酸伊伐布雷定片+稳心颗粒治疗,效果确切,能显著改善其心功能,且具有安全性。 Objective To explore the efficacy of ivabradine hydrochloride tablets combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods 146 cases of chronic heart failure were selected from January 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital and grouped according to the different treatment methods.73 cases of the control group were treated with ivabradine hydrochloride tablets,and 73 cases of the study group were treated with Wenxin Granule on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke volume(SV)before and after treatment were compared between the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 89.04%,higher than that of the control group(73.97%)(P<0.05).There was insignificant difference in LVEF and SV between the 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,LVEF and SV were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 9.59%and that was 6.85%in the control group.The difference was insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ivabradine hydrochloride tablets combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of chronic heart failure is effective.It can significantly improve cardiac function and it has high safety.
