摘　　要： 急性呼吸窘迫综合征是由于不同病因导致的以呼吸窘迫为特征的临床综合征。呼吸支持是其治疗的重要一环,而保护性通气策略已成为共识。床旁监测驱动压、跨肺压等呼吸力学资料以指导呼吸机参数的调节,有助于减少呼吸机相关性肺损伤的发生。 Acute respiratory distress syndrome is a clinical syndrome characterized by respiratory distress due to different etiologies.Respiratory support is an important part of treatment,and protective ventilation strategy has become a consensus.Bedside monitoring of respiratory mechanics data such as driving pressure and transpulmonary pressure can guide the adjustment of ventilator parameters,which can help reduce the incidence of ventilator associated lung injury.
