摘　　要： 目的探讨医护一体化结合快速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)在食管癌围术期患者的应用效果,以期减少术后并发症的发生,促进患者康复。方法选取2018年1月至2019年5月在本院行胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术的80例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各40例,对照组给予治疗常规食管癌围术期治疗护理,试验组给予医护一体化结合ERAS干预,比较两组患者术后恢复情况等相关指标。结果试验组患者术后首次下床活动时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、经口进食时间、拔管时间、术后3d疼痛平均评分、术后并发症发生率、住院时间、住院总费用均优于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论食管癌围术期患者采用医护一体化结合ERAS干预可有效加快术后康复,减少术后并发症的发生,缩短住院时间和费用。 Objective To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing intervention combined with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)on the perioperative rehabilitation of patients with esophageal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients scheduled for thoracolaparoscopic esophagectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups equally.The intervention group was given the integrated medical and nursing intervention combined with ERAS,while the control group was given the general nursing care perioperatively.Results The intervention group had significantly better outcomes than that of the control group,regarding the first time to ambulate after surgery,time of anal exhaust,time of defecation,time of early oral intake,time for extubation,the postoperative average pain score in the 1st-3rd day after surgery,the overall incidence of complications,length of hospital stay and overall costs of hospital stay(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing intervention combined with ERAS is effective in accelerating the rehabilitation of the patients with esophageal cancer surgery,reducing the incidence of complications,and shortening the length of hospital stay and overall costs of hospital stay.
