摘　　要： 目的对ICU血液净化专业护理培训中核心能力培养应用的效果进行分析。方法以2017年1月至2018年12月期间在我院ICU血液净化专科护理培训中接受核心能力培养措施进行培训的35名护理人员进行研究。2017年1月至2017年12月为培训前,2018年1月至2018年12月为培训后,对比培训前后护理人员的实践技能分数、专业知识评分、综合素质评分和患者对于护理工作的满意度评分。结果根据考核结果显示,护理人员接受培训后,相关评分均显著高于接受培训前,且差异为P<0.05。结论在进行ICU血液净化专科护理培训中,对护理人员进行核心能力培养,对于提高护理质量也具有重要意义。 Objective To analyze the effect of core competence training in ICU blood purification professional nursing training.Methods A total of 35 nursing staff who were trained in core capacity training measures in the ICU blood purification specialist nursing training from January 2017 to December 2018 were studied.From January 2017 to December 2017,before the training,from January 2018 to December 2018,after training,compare the practical skills scores,professional knowledge scores,comprehensive quality scores and patient care for the nursing staff before and after the training.Satisfaction score.Results According to the assessment results,after the nursing staff received the training,the relevant scores were significantly higher than before the training,and the difference was P<0.05.Conclusion In the ICU blood purification specialist nursing training,it is also important to cultivate the core competence of nursing staff to improve the quality of nursing.
