112例门诊患者自煎、代煎中药认知情况调查与分析

摘  要: 目的了解门诊患者对自煎中药和医院代煎中药的认知情况。方法随机选取2018年8月医院门诊中药饮片自煎药的患者112例,以访问形式,在非提示状态下,让患者自行回答自煎中药和医院代煎中药相关问题,并进行统计分析。结果112例门诊患者中,66.07%通过医院内宣传和医务人员告知而了解医院代煎服务,35.71%不信任、不了解代煎中药的质量而不选择医院代煎服务。结论患者自煎中药质量难以保证,有必要提高其煎药知识水平。建议医院采取多种措施提高患者的煎药技能和对医院代煎中药的信任度。 Objective To understand the cognitive situation of self-fried and hospital-fried Chinese traditional medicine (TCM) decoction in outpatients.Methods Totally 112 patients who fried TCM decoction by themselves in August 2018 were selected.The patients were asked to answer the questions about self-fried and hospital-fried TCM decoction without prompting in the form of interviews.And all the data were analyzed.Results Among 112 outpatients,66.07% of outpatients knew about the hospital-fried substitute service through hospital outreach and medical personnel.35.71% of outpatients did not choose hospital-fried substitute service because they lacked confidence in the quality of it.Conclusion It is difficult to guarantee the quality of self-fried TCM decoction.It is necessary to improve the patients' knowledge of decoction.It is suggested that hospitals take various measures to improve patients' skills of decoction and restore confidence in hospital-fried substitute service.
