摘　　要： 目的对比分析祛风益气法与苏黄止咳胶囊治疗喉咳的临床效果及安全性。方法在院内接受治疗的喉咳患者中抽取出64例做分组调查,分组标准参考治疗方案的不同,其中32例采用苏黄止咳胶囊为对照组,另外32例采用祛风益气法为观察组,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组32例患者中有1例患者并未达到有效标准,总有效率达到了96.87%,对照组32例患者中有6例患者并未达到有效标准,其总有效率为81.25%,两组患者咽痒与声音嘶哑及咳嗽等改善时间对比并无显著差异,干预前两组患者的CRP与IL-6等炎性因子水平并无明显差异,经不同方案治疗后,观察组患者的CRP与IL-6以及IL-8指标的下降水平明显大于对照组,观察组患者不良反应发生率为6.25%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为25.00%。结论在喉咳治疗过程中,以药物治疗方案为主,而本次研究证实了,与苏黄止咳胶囊进行对比,荆防喉症方加减方案的整体治疗效果更为理想,且不良反应发生风险较小。 Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of Qufeng Yiqi Method and Suhuang Zhike Capsule in the treatment of throat cough.Methods A total of 64 patients with laryngeal cough who received treatment in the hospital were divided into groups. The standard deviation of the standard treatment was different. Among them, 32 cases were treated with Suhuang Zhike Capsule as the control group, and 32 cases were treated with Qufeng Yiqi method. The observation group was compared between the two groups. Results One of the 32 patients in the observation group did not meet the effective standard, and the total effective rate reached 96.87%. Six of the 32 patients in the control group did not meet the effective standard, and the total effective rate was 81.25%. There was no significant difference in the improvement time between itching, hoarseness and cough in the two groups. After treatment with different regimens, the patients in the observation group were observed. The levels of CRP, IL-6 and IL-8 decreased significantly compared with the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 25.00%. Conclusion In the course of treatment of laryngeal cough, the drug treatment program is the main, and this study confirmed that compared with the Suhuang Zhike Capsule, the overall treatment effect of the Jingzhi Laryngeal Formula Addition and Subtraction Program is more ideal, and the adverse reactions The risk is less, and for this reason, the security is higher.
