摘 要: 目的研究改良式PBL教学法在妇产科临床教学中的效果。方法选取南方医科大学第二临床医学院2015级妇幼系本科学生80名,按照综合成绩均衡分组的方式分为实验组及对照组,实验组利用微信平台进行PBL教学,对照组采用传统PBL教学模式授课,评估两种PBL教学法在妇产科临床教学中的效果。结果 PBL教学法可以提升学生的自信心、主动学习性及对妇产科专业的兴趣,其中,改良式PBL教学利用微信平台推送病例信息及进行群内讨论,使学习更加便捷、高效,尤被临床本科学生青睐。结论 PBL教学法在妇产科临床教学中发挥了有效的作用,提高了两组学生们的理论及技能考核成绩,利用微信平台的PBL教学法使学生们的满意度更高,学习效果更优,同时也深受教师们的喜欢。 Objective To study the effect of improved PBL teaching method in clinical teaching in department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 80 undergraduate students who were from the Second Clinical Medical College of Southern Medical University from September 1 st2015 to July 30 th 2018 were divided into study group(n =40) and control group(n=40) according to the comprehensive scores. The study group was given PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform, and the control group was given the traditional PBL teaching mode. The effects of two PBL teaching methods were evaluated in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Results PBL teaching method can improve the students’ selfconfidence, active learning ability and interests in obstetrics and gynecology.What’s more, the PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform can publish case information and conduct a group discussion, which can make the students feel more convenient and efficient in clinical training and more interests in study and clinical skills. Conclusion The PBL teaching methods play an effective role in the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology. Furthermore, the PBL teaching method combined with WeChat platform is more effective than the traditional PBL teaching inn improving study scores and clinical ability. The PBL teaching method based on Wechat platform makes students more satisfied and more effective learning. Besides, it is preferred by teachers.
