摘 要: 目的探讨Mini-CEX在运动医学骨科临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2017—2018学年在广州中医药大学一附院运动医学骨科实习的64名学生,随机分为实验组和对照组,(每组32人。实验组采用Mini-CEX的教学方法,分别在入科及出科时进行Mini-CEX评估;对照组采用传统的临床实习教学方法。实习结束时,2组学生通过书面考试比较教学成绩差异,并进行教学满意度调查了解教学效果。结果除人文关怀外,实验组学生出科时Mini-CEX量表的各项评分较入科时均有显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组教学成绩及教学满意率问卷调查的结果均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mini-CEX应用于运动医学骨科的临床实习带教,可明显提高教学质量及学生的满意度,有助于医学生临床思维的建立及专业知识、技能的提高。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of mini-clinical evaluation exercise (Mini-CEX) in the clinical teaching of orthopedic sports medicine. Methods A total of 64 students who finished their orthopedics internship in department of orthopedic sports medicine in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from 2017 to 2018 were involved and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 32 students in each group. The experimental group received Mini-CEX and conducted Mini-CEX evaluation at the beginning and end of the internship while the control group received traditional lessons. After the internship, the result of written examination and the teaching effect investigated by questionnaire were compared between the two groups. Results Except for humanistic qualities, the scores of other parts of Mini-CEX were higher after the internship in the experimental group than that before the internship and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in terms of both score of written examination and satisfaction rate of the questionnaire and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Mini-CEX in the clinical teaching of orthopedic sports medicine can effectively improve the quality of teaching and the satisfaction of students. Mini-CEX not only helps students to establish clinical thoughts but also to improve their professional knowledge and skills.
