摘　　要： 随着内地与香港经贸关系的进一步发展，人民币在香港的流通规模越来越大，出现人民币替代港币的“人民币化”现象。其对内地与香港经济的发展是一把“双刃剑”，既带来正面效应，也产生负面影响。本文对此效应作了详细分析，由此得出结论：在两地构建人民币最优货币区是人民币化趋利避害的最佳选择。 Along with the further development of economic relationship between inland and Hongkong, and the launch of personal RMB business of bank, the circulating scale of RMB is more and more in Hongkong. As a result, the phenomenon of RMB - ization that RMB substitutes for Hongkong dollar is serious. As a double - edged sword, this phenomenon has not only positive but also negative effects on economic development between inland and Hongkong. This paper analyzes these effects of RMB -ization and concludes that the best choice is constructing optimum currency area of RMB so as to make good use of favorable conditions and avoid unfavorable conditions of RMB - ization.
