摘　　要： 医患共同决策实质是一种医患双向互动与沟通的社会活动过程,其对降低医患间信息不对等的程度、实现治疗个性化和最优化、提升患者在治疗过程中的积极性等方面均具有重要意义。在这一过程中,医患双方在个性心理特征、认知、动机、心理期望、情绪等心理因素方面存在一定的差异,影响着共同决策的实践和进行。共情作为一种心理机制,分为认知共情、情感共情和行为共情三个维度,可调节并弥合医患间的心理差异,建立互信和谐的医患关系,促进医患共同决策的实践。 Shared decision making is a social activity of two-way interaction and communication between doctors and patients.It is of great significance to reduce the degree of information asymmetry between doctors and patients,to achieve personalized and optimized treatment,and to improve patients'participation in the treatment process.In this process,doctors and patients have certain differences in personality,psychological characteristics,cognition,motivation,psychological expectations,emotions and other psychological factors,which affect the practice and conduct of shared decision making.As a psychological mechanism,empathy can be divided into three dimensions:cognitive empathy,emotional empathy and behavioral empathy,which can adjust and bridge the psychological differences between doctors and patients,establish the doctor-patient relationship of mutual trust and harmony,and promote the practice of shared decision making.
