广州异地务工人员自我效能感与社会支持的关系

摘  要: 目的:探讨广州异地务工人员自我效能感与社会支持的关系。方法:采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对广州455名异地务工人员进行随机抽样调查。结果:(1)广州异地务工人员社会支持总分为(37.69±6.68),社会支持状况良好;而自我效能感总分为(24.53±5.75),低于全国常模(t=-15.278,P〈0.01);(2)男性异地务工人员的社会支持总分更高,已婚和高收入的异地务工人员能获得更高的自我效能感与社会支持;(3)自我效能感总分和社会支持总分呈显著正相关(r=0.270,P〈0.01)。结论:异地务工人员自我效能感与社会支持有关。 Objective:To explore the relationship between self-efficacy and social support of migrant workers in Guangzhou.Methods:A total of 455 migrant workers in Guangzhou were randomly sampled,and were investigated by the General Self-efficacy Scale(GSES)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).Results:(1)The total score of social support of migrant workers in Guangzhou was(37.69±6.68)and the social support was in good condition;While the total score of self-efficacy was(24.53±5.75),which was lower than the national norm(t=-15.278,P〈0.01);(2)Social support of male migrant workers was higher,and married and high-income migrant workers were able to get higher self-efficacy and social support;(3)The total scores of self-efficacy and social support were significantly positively correlated(r=0.270,P〈0.01).Conclusion:Self-efficacy of migrant workers is related to social support.
