摘 要: 目的研究外来务工人员社会支持与自我效能的关系,以及自尊对外来务工人员的社会支持与自我效能间的中介效应。方法采用随机抽样的方法,以广州地区455例外来务工人员作为样本,用社会支持评定量表、自尊量表、一般自我效能感量表测查自尊在社会支持影响自我效能中的作用。结果 (1)不同人口学变量的外来务工人员的社会自持、自尊和自我效能存在差异。男性、已婚和高收入群体的外来务工者具有相对较高的社会支持和自我效能;(2)相关分析结果表明,社会支持总分与自尊总分呈正相关(r=0.214,P〈0.01),社会支持总分与自我效能总分呈正相关(r=0.270,P〈0.01),自尊总分与自我效能总分呈正相关(r=0.305,P〈0.01);(3)回归分析表明,当自尊进入回归方程后,社会支持的回归系数增大,但依然达到显著水平。结论广州地区外来务工人员的社会支持和自尊对其自我效能感有一定的预测作用;自尊在外来务工人员的社会支持和自我效能间起到部分中介作用。 [Objective] To study the relationship between social support and self-efficacy of migrant workers, analyze the mediating effect of self-esteem on relationship between them. [Methods] 455 migrant workers in Guangzhou region were collected by the random sampling method. The effect of self-esteem on relationship between social support and self-efficacy was evaluated by using social support rating scale, self-esteem scale and general self-efficacy scale.[Results] ①There were differences in social support, self-esteem and self-efficacy among migrant workers in different demographic variables. Male, married and high income groups had relatively higher social support and self efficacy. ②The correlation analysis results showed that social support score was positively correlated with self-esteem score (r=-0.214, P〈0.01 ), social support score was positively correlated with self-efficacy score (r=0.270, P〈0.01 ), and self-esteem score was positively correlated with self-efficacy score (r=0.305, P〈0.01 ). ③ The regression analysis results showed that the regression coefficient of social support increased after the self-esteem was included into the regression equation, but the difference was not statistically significant. [Conclusion] The social support and self-esteem has certain prediction effect on self-efficacy of migrant workers in Guangzhou region, and self-esteem plays a intermediary role between social support and self-efficacy.
