社区老年2型糖尿病患者实施用药“知-信-行”教育的效果分析

摘  要: 目的:通过对社区老年2型糖尿病患者实施用药教育,评价用药教育对社区老年2型糖尿病患者用药"知-信-行"水平的影响,以此考察用药教育的有效性,为患者安全、有效、合理用药提供理论支持。方法:设立对照组与试验组,对试验组实施2型糖尿病用药教育,并在实施用药教育前后分别对试验组与对照组进行问卷调查;汇总调查问卷后,使用SPSS 19.0对有效问卷进行统计及数据处理,分析方法包括描述性分析、t检验、卡方检验、秩和检验。结果:用药教育前,试验组与对照组的情况均无显著性差异(P〉0.05);用药教育后,对试验组和对照组的糖尿病用药知识水平、用药信念水平、用药行为水平得分进行组间比较,结果显示对照组用药教育前后无显著性差异(P〉0.05),试验组则有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:实施用药教育有利于提高社区老年2型糖尿病患者的用药"知-信-行"水平。 Objective: To assess the effects of giving drug education on knowledge-attitude-practice(KAP) to the seniors with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) in communities in order to observe the effectiveness of drug education and provide a theoretical foundation to help patients take medicines safely, effectively and rationally. Methods: A control group and a treatment group were designed. Patients with T2 DM in treatment group were given drug education. Questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the drug education among patients in both groups. Effective questionnaires were collected, and then analyzed by SPSS 19.0 and methods of descriptive analysis, Student's t test, Chi-square test, Rank sum test, etc. Results: There were no obvious differences between control and treatment groups(P〉0.05) before the drug education. After giving drug education to the treatment group, knowledge, attitude and practice(KAP) were compared among patients in and between the two groups. The results indicated that patients in the control group were almost the same on KAP(P〉0.05), but those in the treatment group showed differences with statistical significance(P〈0.05) after the drug education. Conclusion:Giving drug education to the seniors with T2 DM in communities could improve their abilities on KAP of medication.
