摘　　要： 作为中国的外贸大省，广东省近年来屡遭国外反倾销调查。反倾销从本质上讲是经济问题，但在现实角度则表现为法律问题。因此，广东企业既要调整经济结构，又要积极应诉、寻找各种证据进行抗辩、适时达成价格承诺、充分利用救济性法律权利等，以有效应对国际反倾销高发的风险。 As a major foreign trade province in China, Guangdong repeatedly suffered from overseas antidumping investigation in recent years. The problem of antidumping is in essence concerned with economy, but in fact, it is concerned with law. Therefore, the strategy for Guangdong to respond to antidumping is to readjust the economic structure and at the same time adopt the following legal solutions, such as answering a charge, searching for all kinds of evidences to carry＂ on contradicts, reaching price pledge at proper moment, taking full advantage of redressing legal rights and so on.
