摘　　要： 混合所有制改革是我国职业教育体制机制改革的突破口,但面临改革阻力大、改革难度大、改革保障不足、院校治理结构调整不易、资产评估和产权流通困难等问题。针对这些问题,我国应从教育分类着手,做好发展混合所有制职业院校的顶层设计;修订相关法律,为发展混合所有制职业院校提供保障;完善学校产权制度,建立教育产权交易市场;尽快制定工作细则,切实推动混合所有制改革。 Mixed ownership reform is a breakthrough of the reform of the vocational education system and mechanism in our country, but it faces such difficulties as huge reform resistance and difficulty, inadequate protection, difficult institution governance structural adjustment and difficult asset evaluation and property right circulation. To solve these problems, our country should classify the education and do well the top-level design of developing mixed ownership vocational colleges; revise the relevant laws to provide legal safeguard for developing mixed ownership vocational colleges; perfect the property right system and establish property right trading market of education, and make the detailed rules as soon as possible to promote the mixed ownership reform.
