珠海市饮食空间与移民职住空间的关系研究

摘  要: 在中国快速城市化的背景下,移民群体的流动会带动饮食文化空间格局的改变。该文利用电子导航数据分析了珠海市不同菜系餐馆的空间分布特征,并通过社交媒体数据分析了珠海市移民群体的空间分布,由此讨论饮食文化与移民群体在空间分布上的相关性。研究发现:各个地域的饮食文化在空间上呈现非均匀式的凝聚分布,以点轴扩散模式为主;不同菜系餐馆与对应地域移民群体的职住空间分布具有较高的一致性和匹配度;不同地域移民之间存在分异,川渝、湘鄂地区移民为职住相对分离的生产型移民,而东北地区移民为职住相对接近的消费型移民。研究结果对流动型社会管理、城市空间优化治理、外来人口的社会融入等具有借鉴意义。 In vision of China′s rapid urbanization,the migration of immigrant groups will lead to great changes in the spatial catering pattern of the city.This paper aims to explore the correlation in spatial distributions between catering culture and immigrant groups in Zhuhai.The spatial distribution characteristics of restaurants was visualized using the electronic navigation data to dictate different cuisines in Zhuhai.The spatial distribution of immigrant groups in Zhuhai was analyzed with the help of social media data. The results show that the spatial distribution of catering culture in different regions is non-uniform,and mainly takes the point-axis diffusion mode.The job-housing spatial distribution of restaurants with different cuisines and the corresponding regional immigrant groups demonstrates a high degree of consistency and matching.There are,however,differences among immigrants from different regions:those from Sichuan,Chongqing,Hunan and Hubei are productive immigrants with relatively low job-housing matching,while those from Northeast China are consumer immigrants with relatively high job-housing matching.This paper brings insights on mobility society,urban planning and management on city immigrants.
