摘　　要： 本文从理论、方法、技术、应用等方面探讨了信息管理与科学评价的关系,指出两者之间是相互交叉、相互促进、相辅相成的互动关系. This paper discusses the relationship between information management and research evaluation in several aspects including theory, method, technology, application,etc.,pointing out that it is a kind of interactive relationship which is intersectant, mutually promoting, and mutually supplementary.
