摘　　要： 利用网站调查法,介绍DRAA采购外文数字资源的流程,分析数字资源定价模式的变化及其利弊,调查DRAA采购外文数字资源取得的成绩,探索DRAA采购外文数字资源存在的问题。在此基础上提出3点建议：数据库商采用复合定价模式;扩大地区性优惠政策的覆盖范围;DRAA采用RSC的联合抵制方法。 By surveying the Website, the paper introduces the purchase process of DRAA for foreign digital resources, analyzes the change of digital resource pricing model, advantages and disadvantages of changes. Achievement of DRRA purchasing foreign digital resources is surveyed. The problems of DRAA purchasing foreign digital resources are explored. Based on it, this paper puts foorward three suggestions： vendors compound pricing model for purchasing foreign digital resources, and expanding the coverage of regional preferential, and DRAA adopting purchasing foreign digital resources like RSC.
