摘　　要： 体育权利是与生命权、健康权、文化和教育权利密切相关的一项基本权利,农民工体育权利的实现对于提升农民工幸福生活水平、促进其自身发展和构建和谐社会意义重大,但农民工法定体育权利和实有体育权利在现实中存在巨大差距。以法社会学基本理论为指导,从个人—社会—政府（国家）3个层面深入分析实现农民工体育权利的制约因素,并提出大力推进公共体育服务均等化,构建农民工体育权利社会支持体系,加强农民工体育组织建设,以农民工自我发展为基础,提升农民工体育权利意识等实现农民工法定权利的现实路径。 Sports right is a basic right related closely to rights of life,health,culture and education.Realization of sports right of migrant works has great significance for lifting their happy life standard and promoting self-development and constructing harmonious society.But in reality,there is a big gap in legal sports right and actual sports right.Guided by theory of sociology of law,this paper analyzed the limiting factors for fulfill sports rights of migrant workers from the three levels including individual-society-government.And it put forward a reality path for realization of migrant workers＇ sports right,such as to carry forward public sports service equalization,to construct a social supporting system for migrant workers,to advance self-development of migrant workers,and to promote sports right consciousness of migrant workers.
