摘　　要： 文章关注著名图书馆情报学家F.W.兰开斯特晚年的学术工作及其对信息社会的思考。文章通过考察《生存无从强制》等素材,提出"以人为导向的图书馆员观"是兰开斯特晚年图书馆情报学思想的核心,并介绍了在其遗著《恶魔之网》中,他是如何将这种对"人的境遇"的关心投射到信息社会之中的。最后以兰开斯特晚年的思考为基础,进行了发散性思考,为构建图书馆情报学的新时代使命提供了一些思路。 The article focuses on the academic work of F.W. Lancaster, a great library and information science scholar,and his thinking on information society in his later years. Through his speech Survival is not Mandatory, the author puts forward that "human-oriented librarian view" is the core of Lancaster’s thought, and introduces how he projected this concern into the border information society in his legacy Web of Evil. Lancaster’s final thoughts provide important directional guidance for building the mission of LIS in the new era.
