摘　　要： 文章以中外图书馆学理论的历次关系重构为切入点,通过"中外图书馆学关系互动的诠释框架"的构建,对新时期中国图书馆学理论研究的发展趋势进行了探讨,指出中国图书馆学理论研究正在走向世界化时期。作者认为,在未来一段时期,中国图书馆学的理论研究将以"中国经验"与"中国方案"为中心,其重心将从"先进经验的中国化"转为"中国经验的世界化"。在此基础上,文章从理论生成、理论陈述、理论传播等方面探讨了通往图书馆学"中国经验"与"中国方案"的三道难题,并对学科-行业共同体提出建议,以推动新时期图书馆学理论研究的发展。 The article pays attention to the relationships between the theoretical research of China’s library science and that of the external library science. The author considers these relationships as a breakthrough point to find out the future tendency of theoretical research of China’s library science. In order to further understand and elaborate the inner logic of the interaction between Chinese and external library theory,the author constructs an explanatory framework,and points out that the influence of political and diplomatic factors on the theoretical study of library science mainly shows their impact on the theoretical researchers,and is mainly realized through the internalization of the mode of thinking. With the help of the explanatory framework,the author further points out that the theoretical study of Chinese library science is going to the period of internationalization. In the past 100 years,the focus of the theoretical research of Chinese library science has been the"localization of advanced experience". With the revival and rise of China on the world stage,the focus of the Chinese library theoretical research will shift to the internationalization of Chinese experience in the next several years. In this context,the theoretical study of library science should provide the world with Chinese experience and Chinese approach. The article also presents the difficulties of Chinese experience and Chinese approach of library science from three aspects,including the theory generation,the theoretical statement,and the theoretical communication and acceptance. At the end of the article,the author gives some suggestions to promote the development of theoretical research of China’s library science in the new period. We should pay attention to the establishment of the problem consciousness of globalization,the interdisciplinary cooperation mechanism,innovative communication idea,and bring our theoretical research to practice.
