摘　　要： 在回顾与反思信息素养教育理论与实践研究成果和汲取国内外信息素养及其教育理论与实践精髓的基础上，作者首次提出生活、学习与工作三大现实场景的信息素养通识教育的理论框架，并从转变教学理念、变革内容体系、活用教学方法、拓展教育对象等方面探讨了“信息素养通识教程”慕课的实践，以期为开展信息素养通识教育的理论创新与实践探索提供一种可供参考的框架体例和教学体例。 On the basis of reviewing and rethinking the research achievements of the theory and practice of information literacy education, and absorbing the essence of domestic and foreign theory, practice, frameworks and standards, the authors present for the first time the theoretical framework of general education in information literacy that involveslife, learning and work. They also discuss the practices of MOOC, and advocate the change of teaching philosophy, the change of teaching content, the revitalization of teaching methods and the expansion of education recipients.
