摘　　要： 为了更好地适应时代的进步与技术的发展,应对信息环境和教育环境的变化,在汲取国内外信息素养教育、信息需求与信息行为等领域研究成果精髓的基础上,三大现实场景下信息获取的各种情景被设计出来,包括一个普通人在初等教育阶段、高等教育阶段、职场工作阶段和退休养老阶段的生活、学习和工作的各种情景,以改变现有的信息检索类教材和课程依据检索工具类型、学科专业与知识分类、不同主题或专题编排内容体系的思路和做法,基于此,一个全新的信息素养通识教育内容体系应运而生,以满足全民个人发展和终身学习的需要。 This study builds on the domestic and foreign research achievements in the fields of information literacy education,information needs and information behavior. The focus here is more on continuing to adapt to modern times and technological achievements, as well as dealing with changes in the information environment. An entirely new content system is created for information literacy in general education by designing various scenarios for information searching under the Three Realistic Scenes, which includes primary education stage, higher education stage, career stage and retirement stage. This system has potential to meet the needs for individual development and lifelong learning.
