摘　　要： 结合政府门户网站公众满意度数据采集的特点，通过对比传统数据采集方法在政府门户网站公众满意度数据采集应用中的优劣，构建了政府门户网站公众满意度数据采集系统并探讨了该系统在政府门户网站公众满意度数据采集中的具体应用。 According to comparing traditional data col ection methods and their characters in the government website public satisfaction data col ection, it constructs the government website public satisfaction data col ection system. At last it investigates the applications of the data col ection system.
