摘　　要： 【目的】为学术期刊深化职称制度改革提供参考。【方法】采用调查研究和文献分析等方法,分析职称制度改革对学术期刊的影响,提出学术期刊转型发展的具体路径。【结果】职称制度改革将对学术期刊产生深远的影响,学术期刊应创新内容,提高所刊发论文的质量,创新经营与管理模式,打造综合实力强的编辑队伍。【结论】学术期刊应深刻认识职称制度改革对学术期刊的影响,并积极采取有效措施寻求转型发展,从而促进学术期刊健康与快速发展。 [Purposes]This paper aims to provide references for the professional title evaluation system reform of academic journals.[Methods] We analyzed the influence of professional title evaluation system reform on academic journals,and discussed the specific paths for the transformation and development of academic journals by the investigation and literature analysis. [Findings]The professional title evaluation system reform has significant influence on academic journals,so academic journals should innovate the content,improve the quality of papers,innovate the model of operation and management,and build an comprehensive editor team. [Conclusions] Academic journals should deeply understand the influence of the professional title evaluation system reform,and actively take effective measures of transformation and development to promote the healthy and rapid development of academic journals.
